RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your Ducktail Rainwear purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your order within 30 calendar days from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging included.
Our 30-day return policy applies to products purchased directly from ducktailrainwear.com. Products purchased through another retailer should be returned to the original retailer in accordance with their return policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted items.
Our 30-day return policy is in addition to and does not limit any statutory consumer rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal available to eligible consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area.
FAULTY GOODS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or does not conform to your order, please contact us at info@ducktail.eu as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the issue.
Depending on applicable consumer protection law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or non-conforming, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Please avoid continuing to use an item after discovering a fault if continued use could cause additional damage or make it difficult to assess the original issue.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods are not limited by our 30-day return policy.
