RETURNING AN ITEM

We hope you are happy with your Ducktail Rainwear purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging included.

Before sending your return, please contact our customer service team at info@ducktail.eu. We will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Items purchased through one of our retail partners must be returned directly to the retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have made an error with your order.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe your Ducktail Rainwear product has a manufacturing fault, or if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it.

Please include your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable so that we can assess your request and arrange the appropriate solution.

Once you discover a fault, please stop using the item, as continued use may make it more difficult to assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
